A flat £0.50 fee applies per product when a shopper plans a route to your shop from their itinerary. This charge only applies to products priced at £20 or above.

How billing works
Monthly invoicing
Stitchmap invoices monthly for the previous month's confirmed sales and itinerary routes. There is no upfront cost, no monthly fee, and no setup cost. Charges accumulate during the month and appear on your dashboard's Billing tab as pending charges, then become a real invoice at the end of the period.
Online order attribution
When a shopper clicks through to your Shopify store from Stitchmap, we attach tracking parameters to the link. If that shopper completes a purchase, Shopify confirms the order and we record the attribution. The 10% commission applies to the full order total.
Itinerary routes
When a shopper plans a route to your shop from their shopping itinerary, a £0.50 fee is applied per product per day. Multiple route requests for the same product within the same day are counted only once.
Fair billing
Itinerary routes are deduplicated to ensure you are never charged more than once for the same product on the same day. The £0.50 fee applies exclusively to products priced at £20 or above. Routes to lower-priced products are free.
Frequently asked questions
When do I start paying?
From your first confirmed sale attributed to Stitchmap. Charges accrue over the month and are invoiced at the end of the period. There is nothing to pay upfront.
How are online orders tracked?
When a shopper clicks through to your Shopify store from Stitchmap, we attach UTM parameters to the link. When a purchase is completed, Shopify sends a payment confirmation. Commissions are only applied to confirmed, paid orders.
What if a shopper adds more items to their cart?
The commission is calculated on the total order amount. If a shopper discovers one product on Stitchmap but purchases multiple items at your shop, the 10% applies to the full order, as Stitchmap drove the visit.
Can I see exactly what I'm being charged for?
Your dashboard includes a Billing tab with a complete breakdown of commissions and itinerary route fees, including the number of attributed orders and billable route requests.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The 10% order commission and £0.50 itinerary route fee are the only charges. There are no monthly subscriptions, setup costs, or listing fees.
