Frequently asked questions
Stitchmap is a Shopify sales channel. Charges appear on your Shopify bill alongside your plan fee, with no separate invoice.
- When do I start paying?
- From your first confirmed sale attributed to Stitchmap. Charges accrue continuously and appear on your regular Shopify bill. Nothing to pay upfront.
- How are online orders tracked?
- Stitchmap is a Shopify sales channel. When a shopper goes from Stitchmap to your store, Shopify attributes the resulting order to the Stitchmap channel in your Sales by Channel report. Commission applies only to confirmed, paid orders.
- What if a shopper adds more items to their cart?
- The commission is calculated on the total order amount. If a shopper discovers one product on Stitchmap but buys several, the 10% applies to the full order, since Stitchmap drove the visit.
- Can I see what I'm being charged for?
- Your dashboard has a Billing tab with a full breakdown of attributed orders and the commission accruing in the current cycle.
- Are there any hidden fees?
- No. The 10% order commission is the only charge. No monthly subscriptions, setup costs, or listing fees.
